Give your team back a day a week.

I'm Tom — a Mid North Coast operator who automates the repetitive admin eating your week, one task at a time, shipped in two weeks, with the hours saved agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

The repetitive work that quietly eats the most hours in a small team — usually invisible until you go looking.

Quoting eats your evenings.

Hours gone before the job's even confirmed.

Leads slip through after hours.

A missed call Monday morning means a lost job.

The same data, typed into three systems.

Every handoff is a chance for something to go wrong.

You're paying for software you barely use.

The subscription renews; the tab stays open.

Reporting done by hand, every month.

Spreadsheets, copy-paste, hoping nothing shifted.

What I do

Two ways I can help

I build practical systems that either give you time back or bring you more business — measurable within weeks, not a six-month project.

Efficiency — hours saved

Win back the week

  • Stop retyping the same data

The same job details typed into three systems by hand — quoting, scheduling, billing — synced automatically instead. One entry, no manual copies, no mismatches.

  • Invoicing and follow-up that runs itself

Overdue invoices chased automatically, reconciliation done without anyone touching a spreadsheet. The money comes in faster and your team stops being the ones who have to make the awkward calls.

  • The monthly report, built automatically

That manual report someone spends hours pulling together each month — pulled from your existing systems and delivered automatically instead. Same numbers, no manual work.

Growth — more work won

Win more business

  • Every enquiry gets a fast reply

A new lead lands and gets a proper response within minutes — not hours, not the next morning. A simple system that captures the enquiry, sends an immediate reply, and makes sure nothing slips through.

  • Quotes and proposals out faster

The business that replies first usually wins the job. A quoting system that takes the information you already have and turns it into a ready-to-send proposal — so you're not losing work to the competitor who was just quicker.

  • Bring past customers back

Your best leads are people who've already worked with you. A simple, systematic follow-up to past customers — not a blast campaign, just a well-timed message to the right people at the right moment.

How it works

How it works

Here's one real example of the kind of automation I build — walk through it and you'll see exactly what I mean.

An illustrative example of the kind of work I do — not a client result.

Invoice chasing, automated

  1. 1

    An invoice goes overdue

Picked up automatically the moment it passes its due date.

  2. 2

    A reminder sends itself

A polite nudge goes out in your business's voice — nobody lifts a finger.

  3. 3

It follows up if still unpaid

A firmer reminder a few days later, only if it’s needed.

  4. 4

    Everything’s logged

Every reminder and payment recorded against the invoice, so you can see exactly what happened.

The offer

The 2-Week Automation Sprint

One task at a time. It slots into the tools you already use — nothing to rip out, nothing to retrain. Reversible if you change your mind. A quick win, not a transformation.

"No embedded team. No five-stage transformation. No ripping out your systems or retraining your staff. One painful task, automated, in two weeks — and if it doesn't hit the number we agreed, you don't pay."

Sprints from $2,500

Founding price — I'm taking 3 clients at a reduced rate in exchange for a testimonial and permission to share results; price goes up after.

Why me

An operator who builds the systems — not just talks about them

I'm not a typical "AI consultant." I've spent 15 years making businesses run better — across disability services, construction, aviation and agriculture — usually the one figuring things out where the playbook doesn't exist yet. These days I use automation to do that faster: I find the repetitive work quietly costing your team hours and build something practical that takes it off their plate. No jargon, no big project — just a working system you own.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

Free call. No pitch. No lock-in. Walk away if it’s not obviously worth it.

What does it cost?

Sprints start at $2,500. We agree the scope and the success metric on the free call before any money changes hands — so you know exactly what you're getting and what it has to deliver before you commit to anything.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your own tools and accounts — nothing gets moved somewhere unfamiliar. I work inside the systems you already trust: your email, your accounting software, your CRM. There's nothing exotic or risky going on under the hood.

Will this replace my staff?

No. Automation removes the repetitive admin that quietly eats hours — the copy-pasting, the chasing, the manual reports. Your team still does the work that actually needs a person. Most people find they can finally get to the things they've been putting off.

What if I'm not technical at all?

You don't need to be. Everything is explained in plain English, and I handle the technical side entirely. It slots into the tools you already use — you don't have to learn anything new or change how your business runs day to day.

I've been burned by IT projects before. Why would this be different?

Fair concern. This isn't an open-ended project — it's a small, fixed-scope job with an agreed success metric before we start. If it doesn't hit the mark, we fix it. I'm a real local you can call, not a faceless agency running a six-month engagement. And if the first sprint doesn't make sense for your business, you walk away having spent nothing.

Is my business the right size for this?

Built for established local businesses — typically around 5 to 50 staff. If there's a repetitive task eating hours every week, there's usually a quick win. If you're a solo trader still finding your feet, now's probably not the right time, and I'll tell you that on the free call rather than waste either of our time.
