Most projects land between $2,000 and $20,000 + GST - fixed price, one-off. But the number comes second. Every proposal names the outcome first, in your numbers, and the price is a fraction of it. All agreed before any money changes hands. And if it doesn't hit that mark, you don't pay.
What's the catch with the free half-day?
None. It costs me half a day, and it's the only honest way to find work worth automating - you can't see how a business really runs from a phone call. You keep the written list of what I found either way. And if nothing worth doing turns up, I'll tell you that too.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your own tools and accounts - nothing gets moved somewhere unfamiliar. I work inside the systems you already trust, like your email, accounting software or CRM.
Will this replace my staff?
No. Automation removes the repetitive admin that quietly eats hours - the copy-pasting, the chasing, the manual reports. Your team still does the work that actually needs a person. Most people find they can finally get to the things they've been putting off.
What if I'm not technical at all?
